Sora Resource Group seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Rhode Island to conduct assessments, develop ABA plans, and supervise RBTs. The role collaborates with families and schools to support clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available, with a compensation range of $50–$80 per hour or $85k–$105k annually plus benefits. Flexible FT/PT options are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with experience in assessing and developing ABA programs.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
