Job summary

Ahead ABA in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to grow with us. You will build and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise and train RBTs, run assessments, and work with families to support each child's progress.

We offer a pay rate of $105 to $115 per hour with a flexible caseload. A BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field are required to join our team and make a meaningful impact in our community.
