PlayDate Behavioral Interventions in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children with special needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans and supervise RBTs.

The role offers an hourly wage of $38–$41, a $2,500 signing bonus, free supervision and CEUs, and generous paid leave; benefits include insurance and retirement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field
• 2 years of experience in a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services to children, including individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, and educational placement
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development
