Fraser is seeking a licensed ABA leader in Minnesota to supervise a caseload of 8 children and 10 staff in our intensive ABA program. You will ensure fidelity to individualized plans, uphold Fraser standards, and guide a collaborative team focused on person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
• ABA supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience in ASD or related conditions.

• Ensure treatments align with best practices and Fraser standards.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, ethics, and organizational policies.
