The role requires a BCBA with significant experience in working with children with autism. Responsibilities include mentorship, training activities coordination, and adherence to standards. Qualifications

• At least 4 years working as a BCBA.
• At least 8 years’ experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism and/or intellectual/developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the internship program and ensure adherence to BACB standards.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and supervision documentation.
• Coordinate training activities and assessments.
