We are currently seeking a dedicated BCBA Intern Trainer to join our team. This center-based role offers a structured yet flexible schedule, allowing you to focus on quality clinical care, mentorship, and professional growth while maintaining a work-life balance.

The primary function of the BCBA Intern Trainer is to supervise all assigned BCBA interns, implement the AAC internship program in accordance with BACB standards and guidelines. The BCBA Intern Trainer plans, develops, and monitors a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual clients. Prepare interns for successful career as a BCBA.

The BCBA Intern Trainer also consults with parents/caregivers regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports.
