Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Renton, WA is hiring clinicians to provide behavioral services to children and adults, using positive, non-aversive strategies. You’ll conduct assessments, coordinate care, and implement plans in home, school, and community settings.

The role offers a flexible schedule, work-from-home when not in session, room for advancement, and a strong work-life balance while serving diverse populations including youth and adults.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with behavioral intervention and/or strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and moving between positions.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served.
• Communicates between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding progress.
• Provides a monthly schedule to supervisors of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinates home, work and community visits to meet observation and data requirements.
• Ensures the Behavior Intervention plan is implemented effectively.
• Participates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings.
• Completes monthly and/or quarterly progress notes.
• Organizes training to certify staff in BSP implementation and documentation.
• Provides follow‑up interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support.
• Maintains strong clinical records for accessible information.
• Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community.
• Assists in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs.
• Completes continued education on behaviorally based interventions.
