Evolve ABA Care in McKinney, TX seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience in education or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills related to patient behavior.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and behavioral health interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
