Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in special education or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to patient behavior.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and behavioral health interventions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
