Ahead ABA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Bowie and nearby parts of Prince George's County. This role involves running assessments, writing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and coaching parents in their homes and remotely.

You'll work with a caring in-home ABA team, enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule, and benefit from strong RBT support and a collaborative, small team environment that values client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and licensed to practice in Maryland (or eligible).
• Ability to run assessments and write treatment plans.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training parents.
