Champions ABA - CT in Waterbury, Connecticut seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. You will provide compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders.

As a BCBA, you will develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, collaborate with families and treatment teams, conduct assessments, and ensure accurate documentation. We value evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with autism or related disorders preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral analysis and therapy services to clients in homes and communities, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, including parents and caregivers, to implement personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform decisions.
• Develop and modify behavioral programs in collaboration with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and billing information.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices.
