Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Methuen, MA team. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in in-home and community-based ABA therapy for individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities include implementing interventions, maintaining records, collaborating with families and professionals, and pursuing ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education).
• Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Implement behavioral interventions and train RBTs on program implementation
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs to ensure high-quality services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation
• Collaborate with colleagues, Families, and other professionals to develop and implement client plans
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
