Job summary
Ahead ABA in Germantown, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team providing in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Montgomery County. You will write and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate closely with families to support each child's growth and independence.
An active BCBA and a master's in ABA or related field are required.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification is required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
