Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia, a leading ABA therapy provider in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a BCBA to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families. The role emphasizes supervision of RBTs, conducting assessments, and advancing clinical outcomes.

Starting compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available through 8/8/26 and relocation support up to $15K.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
