Qualifications

• Licensed as a BCBA in Massachusetts.
• Experience in mental health and developmental disabilities required.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle needed.
• Willingness to work with flexibility in Residential Homes.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional behavior assessments.
• Write behavior and safety plans.
• Analyze data and train staff on behavior plans.

Skills

Knowledge of Department of Developmental Services and Human Rights regulations

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to write effective behavior management plans

Ability to work collaboratively

Good community relations skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Currently licensed in Massachusetts as a BCBA
