Developmental Pathways Inc. in Orange County is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, create individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise therapists to ensure client progress using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• CA driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Bilingual Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists, and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
