Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC seeks a BCBA to deliver compassionate, evidence-based ABA services for children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You’ll complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care.

You’ll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, analyze data to guide interventions, and maintain thorough clinical documentation to support measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and license as applicable.
• Experience delivering ABA services and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians and collect/analyze data.
