Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will assess client needs, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals progress, collaborates with families and clinical teams, and upholds high standards of clinical care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA treatment programs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs/BTs and staff.
• Conduct client observations and supervision sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, therapists, and professionals.
