Apex ABA Therapy in Raleigh, NC seeks a BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services for children with ASD. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and mentor RBTs, while collaborating with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active state licensure (LBA).
• Experience supervising ABA staff and providing therapy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure quality ABA therapy.
• Develop and update FBAs and BIPs for clients.
• Assess clients and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and data systems.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide strong leadership and ensure compliant clinical practices.
