Job summary

RightWay ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led company delivering center-based and in-home therapy for children with autism aged 2-18. We are hiring BCBA professionals in New Jersey with a competitive salary and a hybrid work model in Hudson County.

You will manage a caseload of 10–15, participate in monthly check-ins with the Clinical Director, and collaborate with families, schools, and medical professionals. Benefits include unlimited PTO, 401(k), health coverage, and bonuses up to $5,500.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Valid NJ LBA licensure or eligibility prior to start date.
• Clinical ABA experience, preferably with ASD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations and assessments to establish baselines and growth areas.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals.
• Design and monitor individualized treatment plans targeting maladaptive behaviors.
• Deliver and refine interventions based on data trends.
• Coordinate referrals to related providers as needed.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per standards.
• Stay current on evidence-based ABA research and practices.
• Promote inclusion and community participation.
