Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in Nebraska. This hybrid role includes one required in-person visit per month, with remote work most of the time.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with families to achieve meaningful progress. Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska licensure, with a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure (required)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
