Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid role, with one required in-person visit per month. You’ll conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with families to drive meaningful progress.

The position emphasizes collaboration with caregivers and teams, compliance with ethics, and ongoing client progress reviews, with compensation up to $90/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
