Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs. This fully remote role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to work in-home within 30 miles of your location in Illinois.

Applicants must hold BCBA certification, an Illinois LBA, and a Master's in ABA or related field, with experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Competitive salary with bonuses and benefits included.

Optimal Care ABA Therapy offers In-Home Therapy Services throughout the state of Illinois for children ages 0-15 with autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA with Optimal Care Therapy, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

• Immediate start in September
