We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism.
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Competitive salary range: $65-70 HOURLY
