Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a North Carolina hybrid position. The role includes in‑home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties to support children and families.

Flexible, full‑time or part‑time options with strong clinical support and growth opportunities are available. The ideal candidate holds NC licensure or eligibility, a Master's in a relevant field, and prior ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
