Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in North Carolina. This hybrid role combines in-home sessions, supervision, and remote clinical duties to support diverse caseloads.

The position offers flexible hours, with options for full-time or part-time employment, strong clinical support, and pathways for continued licensure and professional growth through our CEU library and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
