Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, with no caseload limits or non-compete agreements, and a supportive BCBA Success Manager to guide clinical and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
