Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services with a hybrid work model, combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The role supports children and families, offering flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules, strong clinical backing, and opportunities for long-term career growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• NC licensure eligible or currently holding NC licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
