Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Newark, NJ area. You will assess needs, develop goals, and implement evidence-based interventions.

The role requires a Master's in ABA/Psychology, BCBA certification, and at least 1 year of ABA experience. Travel to clients' homes in Newark is required, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized goals and plans with families.
• Deliver ABA-based therapy to children with ASD, using evidence-based strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain open communication with families and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Pursue ongoing education by attending trainings and conferences.
