Job summary

ABA Solutions in Tampa, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients across our Tampa clinic, local schools, and home-based environments, with a collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and professionals to generalize skills, while upholding BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to mentor RBTs and practicum students.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Tampa, FL

ABA Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients in the Hillsborough County region. This role allows you to serve between our Tampa clinic, local schools, and home-based environments while working alongside a collaborative team focused on outcomes that are meaningful to our clients.

Clinical Support for BCBAs

Caseload Structure

• BCBAs in this role typically work with clients across a combination of settings, which may include:
• Clinic‑based services at our Tampa location
  School services supporting clients during school hours
  Home sessions that support caregiver training and skill generalization
• Caseloads are developed with leadership to align with clinical interests, geographic preference, and scheduling needs whenever possible.
