You will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, collaborate with families to set goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. The compensation ranges from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with bonuses, sign-on and relocation options.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible for certification
• Experience supervising RBTs and leading ABA therapy programs
• Ability to develop and supervise treatment plans and goals
