Job summary

ACES is seeking a BCBA for designing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism across home and clinic settings. The role involves collaborating with families, supervising therapists, and traveling between regionalized clients to ensure quality care.

Requirements include a Master’s degree with BCBA certification (or license), 3+ years of ASD experience, and telehealth delivery. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, social work or related field with BCBA certification or clinical license.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs.
• 3+ years as a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists.
• Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Background check, Livescan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance.
• Experience working with children.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Details: Job Location: San Diego, CA 92163, Salary Range: $40.00 - $45.00 Hourly, Starting at $40.00-$45.00 (dependent on experience)

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work independently with only general supervision
• 3+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs
• 3+ years as a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists
• Consistent adherence to billable standard for a minimum of 6 months
• Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth required
• Minimum Master’s Degree in psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
• Background check, tuberculosis test, Livescan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance
• Experience working with children;
• Comfortable working in remote environments
• Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff
• Highly organized
• Professional, positive attitude and appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed is preferred
