Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include creating trust with families, designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supervising and mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel
• Ability to actively engage with clients, including physical mobility requirements

Note: BCaBA positions are also available with competitive packages based on regional allowances, differing from BCBA rates.
