Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desired to support diverse clients. This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and no strict caseload limits, offering professional growth and state licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
