Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desired to effectively support our diverse client population.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
