Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics in South Carolina is seeking an in-home Pediatric BCBA to oversee clinical care, develop behavior plans, supervise technicians, and provide parent training. The role offers part-time flexibility with potential growth and quarterly bonus opportunities, supported by elevated administrative resources and clinical CEUs.

Responsibilities include assessments, supervision, and ensuring compliance with licensure and payer requirements, with a mix of in-home and telehealth delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• BCBA certification or mid-level requirements (market-specific).
• 1+ year of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Completion of BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical delivery of care by Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct initial and 6-month assessments with plans aligned to client goals.
• Provide supervision of Behavior Technicians at a 10% ratio.
• Deliver parent training for at least 1 hour each month.
• Develop child-specific Behavior Treatment plans.
• Ensure licensure and payer compliance for clinicians and technicians.
• Return documentation in a timely fashion to capture services rendered.
• Review Technician documentation for accuracy and quality of service.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Behavior Technicians on clinical duties.
• Ensure hours used as prescribed are met.
• Position may be in-home and telehealth.
• Perform other related duties as required.
