Job summary

Sunny Days of California is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. The schedule mostly Monday–Friday with possible weekends, 12pm–6pm, with bilingual Spanish as a plus.

You will supervise therapists, design curricula, and work closely with families and a program manager. The role emphasizes data-driven program changes, regular reports, and staff training in a collaborative, woman-founded team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic, animated, and outgoing with a passion for helping children reach their true potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and review regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes; analyze ABA data.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervised clients.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Offer suggestions for incorporating individualized goals into family routines.
• Provide parent and staff training.
