Job summary

Hi-5 ABA is seeking qualified BCBAs to lead in-home ABA services for children and families in the community. The role emphasizes compassion, integrity, organization, and professionalism while coordinating with the BCBA team to guide treatment goals.

Supervision and training are provided for Technicians aiming for certification. Flexible hours allow part-time or full-time schedules to fit client needs and family routines.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• State license required where applicable.
• Background checks and TB screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training for Technicians interested in becoming certified.
• Deliver in-home ABA services to children and families.
• Collaborate with BCBA peers and families to achieve treatment goals.
