Action Behavior Centers in Manor, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers a total compensation package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, including base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship pay, and opportunities for long‑term ownership as you advance.

Work is Monday–Friday with daytime hours and optional remote work days. You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to set goals.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in Texas.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing mentorship.
• Strong collaboration with families to set goals and track progress.

Responsibilities
