B Above Services Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our autism services team. We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) and competitive hourly pay, plus bonuses and ongoing professional support.

You will design ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and clinical staff, and ensure ethical standards. A Master’s in ABA and active BCBA certification are required, with willingness to travel regionally.
