Job summary

This role offers competitive compensation ($102,000–$105,000 first-year guaranteed), an uncapped bonus plan, signing bonus/relocation, comprehensive benefits, CEU support, and a path for growth across 20+ centers while staying close to home.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or in progress) required.
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA services.
• Ability to work with children with autism and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor future BCBAs.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support progress.
• Support growth and program development across centers.
