Job summary

Kids and Family is a Philadelphia-based provider seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our warm, collaborative team serving children and families. You will oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary providers to promote meaningful goals and life-long skills in natural settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Active Pennsylvania LBS license required.
• Experience with IBHS-ABA and CBH preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven program modifications.
• Complete re-evaluations, progress reports, and treatment updates.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Support children across home, school, daycare, and community settings.
