A dedicated ABA service provider in Albuquerque is looking for BCBAs to provide individualized services and oversee treatment plans. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Desire to change lives and work with children and families.
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week for full-time employment.
