Job summary

Succeed ABA is hiring BCBAs who want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining balance and growth. In-home, school, and community settings offer flexible schedules and strong administrative support.

The role includes supervising BTs/RBTs, designing and updating ABA curricula and behavior plans, data-driven program changes, reviewing notes, and training parents and staff to maintain clinical quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
