Qualifications

• The candidate must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's or Doctorate in ABA or related field is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, data driven treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Analyze data and adjust goals throughout the client journey.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture.
