Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid position combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month, enabling flexible scheduling while maintaining high clinical standards.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to achieve meaningful progress in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
• No non-compete agreements
