BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities. The position supports both full-time and part-time arrangements with flexible scheduling and strong clinical backing.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing ABA plans, supervising technicians, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families.

Competenze

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Mansioni

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
