BK Behavior is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid model combining in-home care, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, track client progress, and adjust plans as needed while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to meet treatment goals.

Competenze

• Requires NC licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
