Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services with a hybrid schedule combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical work. The role supports children and families, with flexible full- or part-time options based on staffing.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, train caregivers, and document progress while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for NC licensure as BCBA.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA to individuals with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
