Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across the state in a hybrid position combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options, strong clinical support, and opportunities for long-term career growth. You will conduct assessments, supervise technicians, and train caregivers while ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• North Carolina licensure eligibility required or in process
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
